Early Times Kentucky Whiskey Low Proof is aged for a minimum of three years in heat-cycled warehouses and stored in seasoned American white oak barrels. Its color is a light, bright honey. On the nose, it offers soft, sweet corn notes with hints of delicate oak, brown sugar, and soft vanilla. The palate experiences similar corn notes complemented by delicate oak, brown sugar, soft vanilla, and traces of herbal spice. The finish is soft and warm, with a quickly fading sweetness reminiscent of sweet corn. Alcohol by volume: 21%
