The result is a slightly hazy, mahogany-colored liquid featuring a complexity of aromas and tastes. It offers a blend of earthy and sour notes, including tart cherry, berry, leather, vanilla, and a hint of funk. On the palate, the medium-bodied brew balances these with plum, baking spice, and a roasty malt character.
