After initial maturation, these whiskies benefit from a secondary period of aging in unique casks, known as Mossburn Cask Bill #2. This specific cask type combines Oloroso sherry butts with heavily charred virgin American Oak heads, an approach that imbues the final spirit with a heightened richness and complexity. Notes of spice and vanilla are prominent, resulting from the bespoke cask maturation process. Alcohol by volume: 46%
