Directions: Keep frozen. Store at 0 degrees F or below. Receive and store product frozen at 0 degrees F or below. Upon removal from freezer, it is normal for condensation to be present on the cake surface. Therefore, we recommend thawing cakes overnight in the cooler before finishing or merchandising. At this point, all moisture should have evaporated and the surface will appear dry.
