"All three desserts were just the perfect amount of sweetness and all tasted homemade by someone who knows what they are doing. The crema catalana was some of the best I've had outside of Spain in that it wasn't just a slightly citrusy version of creme brulee- not that there's anything wrong with that, but it was eggy in a way that I've only seen before in homemade flan. I absolutely enjoyed it. The flan wasn't drenched in syrup and had a mild sweet flavor and the Basque cheesecake was the appropriate level of moist. Which for me means very moist. And the Empanada de Espinacas had the perfect balance of flavors. It's similar to Spanikopta but with more flavor. Anyway, I'll definitely be ordering again."
